2 cups Bisquick
1 tsp cinnamon
2 T sugar
2 egg whites
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
1 T Wesson Oil

  1. sift dry ingredients together

  2. mix wet indredients together

  3. make a well in dry, pour in wet

  4. stir only til moistened, it will be lumpy

  5. pour out into lightly sprayed muffin pan.

  6. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minute or until tops golden brown
