Recipe Ingredients for Muffins ? Morning Glory

1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup non fat milk
3/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup organic molasses
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 large egg
1 zucchini (1 1/2 cups) shredded or carrots
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup almonds, pounded

Recipe Directions for Muffins ? Morning Glory

  1. Preheat oven to 4oo degrees.

  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; stir in oats.

  3. With fork, mix milk, applesauce, brown sugar, molasses, oil and egg until blended. Stir in carrots, cranberries, nuts.

  4. Add applesauce mix; stir just until flow is moistened.

  5. Spoon in cups.

  6. Bake 23 -25 minutes.
