This is for you who can't decide what to put in your muffins. Just add 200-400 grams of fruit og chocolate of your choice, to make these amazing!

Recipe Ingredients for Muffins - basics without filling

2 eggs
150 ml sugar
100 ml syrup
200 ml quark
500 ml wheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
75 grams butter

Recipe Directions for Muffins - basics without filling

  1. Whip eggs, sugar and syrup.

  2. Put in quark, and turn until mixed.

  3. Add wheat flour and baking soda, little by little.

  4. Melt butter and put in.

  5. Add chopped fillings.

  6. Devide into 20 muffin forms

  7. Bake at 200 celcius in about 20 min.

  8. Serve!
