Recipe Ingredients for Muffins: Banana Craisin

4 bananas
1 c sugar
1 c oil
1 t vanilla
2 c vanilla soy milk
2 c flour
2 c whole wheat flour
1 t salt
6 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1 c craisins

Recipe Directions for Muffins: Banana Craisin

  1. Mix wet ingredients, including sugar

  2. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl

  3. Add dry to wet

  4. Mix

  5. Top with raw sugar and bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes
