1 cup skim milk
1 egg
1/4 cup canola oil
1 1/3 cup wheat flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp dry raisins
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for muffins avoine et raisins

  1. chauffer le four a 400F

  2. mélsnger les flocons d'avoine, le lait l'oeuf et l'huile et laisser reposer 10 minutes

  3. mélanger les ingrédients secs et les raisins

  4. y ajouter le mélange de flocons d'avoine et d'ingrédients liquides

  5. Brasser juste assez pour humecter les ingrédients secs

  6. cuire 12 ŕ 15 minutes
