Use any fruit you like. Use whole wheat flour and flax meal for heathier muffin.

Recipe Ingredients for Muffin Recipe

1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup agave syrup
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp lowfat milk
1 egg
2 cups blueberries
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Muffin Recipe

  1. Mix wet ingredients.

  2. Add fruit.

  3. Mix dry ingredients.

  4. Add wet to dry.

  5. Scoop into greased muffin tin.

  6. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
