Recipe Ingredients for MUFFIN, OATMEAL RAISIN MUFFIN

1 1/4 c whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c oats
1/3 c brown sugar, packed
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c water
1/4 c skim milk
1/4 c oil
1 egg
1/2 c raisins

Recipe Directions for MUFFIN, OATMEAL RAISIN MUFFIN

  1. Heat oven to 400. Line or grease muffin tin.

  2. Combine dry ingredients, to include sugar.

  3. Combine wet ingredients, then stir in dry ingredients. Fold in raisins.

  4. Bake 15-20 minutes.
