Recipe Ingredients for Muffin in a minute

1/4 cup flax meal
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 grams of splenda (3 packages)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices

Recipe Directions for Muffin in a minute

  1. Pt the dry ingredients into a coffee mug or bowl. Add wet ingredients andmix well. Stir well , add egg and butter.

  2. Microwave a minute or so.

  3. You can get flax seed meal at health food stores or some supermarkets.
