Recipe Ingredients for Muffin in a Minute

1 large egg white
1/2 tbsp brummel and brown spread
1 dash salt
32 g Organic Flax Plus Flaxseed Meal
1 oz Syrup
1/2 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Muffin in a Minute

  1. Mix dry ingredients well.

  2. Stir in melted butter and beaten egg white.

  3. Pour ingredients into a coffee mug.

  4. Microwave on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.

  5. Muffin should pop out of coffee mug.

  6. Cut and eat with desired filling.
