Makes 1 serving



Omlettes bakes in muffin pans the night before, then heat in microwave to eat on the run. I use these on the "Slow Carb Diet" I cant have cheese, but you can add cheese if you want , or peppers, onion, etc

Recipe Ingredients for Muffin Eggs

3 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Spinach
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
2 tbsp Salsa Con Queso

Recipe Directions for Muffin Eggs

Mix up all ingredients in a bowl, pour in muffin pan that have been sprayed with Pam, bake at 350 for approx 10 min, Refrigerate leftovers, will keep for a week
