Recipe Ingredients for Muffin Bread

1 egg
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup canola oil
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Muffin Bread

Beat egg slightly with a fork. Stir in milk and oil. Sift together and add the remaining ingredients. Stir just until flour is moistened. Batter should be lumpy. Pour into greased 9 inch cake pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
