Recipe Ingredients for Mueslie Crunch

250 g Rolled Oats
300 g Blanched Almonds
100 g Sesame Seeds
100 g Sunflower Seeds
250 g Honey
10 ml Sunflower Oil
100 ml Warm Water
250 g Raisins

Recipe Directions for Mueslie Crunch

  1. Tip rolled oats into a bowl

  2. Chop the almonds coarsely. Roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan without fat then leave to cool. Pre-heat oven to 160/350F/gas 3.

  3. Knead all the prepared ingredients together with the sunflower seeds, honey, oil and water. Spread into a lightly oiled, shallow baking tray, making sure there are no thin patches.

  4. Bake the museli mixture for 1 - 11/2 hours and stir every now and then to crumble up the mixture.

  5. Leave to cool. Finally mix in the raisins and transfer to an airtight jar with well-fitting stopper.

  6. Muesli can be kept like this for severel weeks.
