Recipe Ingredients for Mueslibars

80 grams 4 Korns Flager (Organic), Biogan
10 grams Wheat bran
20 grams Shredded Coconut, Unsweetened
60 grams Raisins, Seedless
42 grams Pumpkin Seeds
60 grams Almonds
10 grams Hazelnuts Or Filberts
60 grams Egg, White
150 grams Apple Sauce, Unsweetened (Urtekram)
15 grams Water
1 packets Sweetener Calorie-Free

Recipe Directions for Mueslibars

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Add egg white and stir until mixed.

  3. Add applesauce+water+sweetener into the bowl until combined.

  4. Spread out mixture on to a lined baking sheet and press together.

  5. Bake in a pre-heated oven (150 degrees celcius) until the mixture is light brown (about 30 minutes).
