Use old fashioned rolled oats and golden flaxseed meal. You can substitute dried fruit,chopped nuts or seeds with any similar ingredient, such as almonds instead of walnuts

Recipe Ingredients for Muesli Unsweetened

2 cups oats
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup currants
1/4 cup apricots, dried
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
2 oz coconut, flake

Recipe Directions for Muesli Unsweetened

  1. Combine and mix well

  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator

  3. Add hot or cold milk and sweeten to taste
