Recipe Ingredients for muesli special

18 g soy flour
10 g whey protein powder
2 1/2 g gelatin
5 g soy lecithin
10 g oat bran
5 g soy bean
10 g linseed
10 g wheat germ
5 g hazelnut
10 g walnut
5 g almond
60 ml coconut milk
15 g tahini
5 g yeast, dry inactive
80 g curd, nonfat
40 g goat milk
30 g Kefir
550 g grapefruit, blended
150 g grape, as topping
150 g melon, as topping
150 g fig, fresh, as topping

Recipe Directions for muesli special

  1. stir all with milk and blended grapefruit

  2. serve with fruits as topping
