A morning muesli good hot or cold, or sprinkled on yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients for Muesli

2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup oat bran
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup flax seed
1/2 cup pecans
3/4 cup coconut
1 tbls brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Muesli

Toast oatmeal in a 350C oven for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice. Toast pecaans and coconut a few minutes. Mix all ingredients together and store in an air tight container.
