Baked cereal grains, fruit and nuts

Recipe Ingredients for Muesli

2 cups rolled oats
2/3 cup Total cereal
1/3 cup hazelnuts, chopped
2 tablespoons coconut,flaked
1/2 cup raisins
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons flaxseed, ground

Recipe Directions for Muesli

  1. Combine oats, Total cereal, nuts and coconut.

  2. Bake @ 375 10 minutes.

  3. Warm honey, cinnamon and vanilla.

  4. Stir into cereal to coat.

  5. Bake 8 minutes. Turn off oven.

  6. Add raisins.

  7. Allow to cool in oven for 2 hours.

  8. Stir in flaxseed.

  9. Refrigerate muesli.

  10. Use within 2 weeks.
