Great for breakfast or even a snack

Recipe Ingredients for Muesli

1 c strawberry yogurt, 0% fat
1/3 c whipping cream
3 c oatmeal, not instant
1 c orange juice
2 tbsp honey
1 c strawberries, sliced
1 c raspberries
1 c blackberries
1 c blueberries
1 c. apple, chopped

Recipe Directions for Muesli

  1. Gently fold all ingredients until well blended.

  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  3. If you find the muesli too thick, add more orange juice.
