Recipe Ingredients for Muesli

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/8 cup raisins
1 cup skim milk
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
1 1/2 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
2 tsp Splenda

Recipe Directions for Muesli

Combine all ingredients and soak overnight. Wake up, sprinkle with toasted almonds, and enjoy!
