Lower-fat, high-fibre home-made muesli. 100cals per 80ml scoop.

Recipe Ingredients for muesli

3 cups oats
1 cups bran
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/8 cup oil
1/4 cup golden syrup
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for muesli

  1. Mix dries.

  2. Heat oil, syrup and 1/2 cup water until boiling. Remove from heat and stir through dries.

  3. Dry out slowly in a warm oven.

  4. Store in an airtight container. Can also add dried fruit pieces, or remove the sunflower seeds to reduce the fat content.
