1 1/4 cup oats
3/4 cup kashi puffs
1/4 cup flaxseed
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup oat bran
2 oz almonds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
16 g dried cranberries
16 g dried cherries
5 pieces dried apricots

Recipe Directions for muesli

  1. toast grain & nuts 15 minutes @ 375

  2. mix with fruit

  3. eat with milk
