Recipe Ingredients for muesli

0.25 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
8 grams Cranberries
1 date Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
2 grams Shelled Raw Sunflower Seeds
3 grams Almond Meal/Flour
0.5 serving Apple Juice
1 oz Traditional Honey Greek Yogurt
0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.25 cup, sliced Strawberries

Recipe Directions for muesli

  1. soak everything but fruit and yogurt in apple juice for 15 minutes to an hour

  2. add chopped fruit (may use anything)

  3. add yogurt

  4. mix

  5. enjoy
