Breakfast oatmeal. Based on Jamie Oliver's Muesli recipe-- can be soaked overnight in milk or water, and served cold in the morning. Or can be cooked with hot water in the microwave for hot oatmeal.

Recipe Ingredients for Muesli or Oatmeal Recipe

0.5 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal Hot Cereal
2 apricots Premium Mediterranean Dried Apricots
0.13 cup Golden Raisins
4 almond Almonds
1 prunes Dried Plums
2 tbsp Milled Flax Seed

Recipe Directions for Muesli or Oatmeal Recipe

  1. Chop all dried fruits and nuts. Mix well.

  2. To serve hot, add 1/2 cup or more of water and microwave on high for 1:30-1:45. To serve cold, add 1/2 cup milk and soak over night in the refrigerator.

  3. For hot oatmeal, when cooked, add non-fat creamer and/or a squirt of sugar-free maple syrup when cooked.
