500 grams Muesli Swiss Style Harvest Morn Breakfast Cereal
100 grams Dried Cranberries
22 grams Pumpkin Seeds
500 grams Breakfast Cereal
100 grams Organic Raisins
500 grams Raisins, Seedless
50 grams Dried Pineapple
50 grams Dried Bananas
40 grams Papaya
40 grams Coconut Meat
100 grams Almonds
100 grams Hazelnuts Or Filberts
20 grams Apricots, Dried, Sulfured, Uncooked
6 prunes Prunes, Dried, Uncooked
6 half Peaches, Dried, Sulfured, Uncooked
15 grams Apples
