Recipe Ingredients for Muesli with Blueberries

1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup yogurt, fat free
1/2 cup apple sauce, unsweetened
1 ounce blueberries

Recipe Directions for Muesli with Blueberries

  1. Combine oats, yogurt and applesauce in bowl, mixing well

  2. Sprinkle with blueberries, cover and chill for a few hours, preferably overnight

  3. Can add any fruit desired, or nuts/granola just before eating (they will get soggy and lose crunch if you soak them as well)
