1 T. white wine
1 T. Hoisin Sauce
1 t. Sesame oil
1/2 pound of boneless chicken
2 cups Napa Cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 cup bean sprouts
3 T chicken broth
2 T soy sauce
1 T white wine
1 T toasted sesame oil
1 t. sugar
1 t. corn starch
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 t olive oil
3 garlic cloves
2 t ginger, minced
6 6" flour tortillas
