Recipe Ingredients for mu shu pork

1 1/4 lb cabbage
2 carrots
1 lb pork chops
2 tbsp peanut oil
1/2 cup onion
8 oz mushrooms
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 cup scallions
1/4 cup apple juice
2 tsp corn starch
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil

Recipe Directions for mu shu pork

  1. shread cabbage and carrots

  2. cut pork into thin strips

  3. heat oil in deep skillet. slice onion and add to pan

  4. slice mushrooms and add

  5. add pork slices and stir fry about 2 mins

  6. add garlic, ginger, cabbage, and carrots, cook 6 mins or until pork is cooked through

  7. add scallions

  8. combing juice and starch, add remaining to skillet and cook until thickened.
