Recipe Ingredients for Mu-Shu Chicken (Crock Pot)

9 tbsp Mu-Shu Hoisin Sauce
48 oz Coleslaw Mix
16 oz Fresh Chicken Breast Tenders
9 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Corn Starch

Recipe Directions for Mu-Shu Chicken (Crock Pot)

Place Cole Slaw Mix (48 oz) in crock pot with 1 lb sliced chicken breast tenders on top. Pour 1/2 of a mixtiure of hoisin sauce (1 1/2 cup), soy sauce (9 tbsp) and corn starch (3 tbsp) on top, cook on low 4 hrs. Then pour remaining sauce mix and stir. Serve in soft whole wheat tortillias or wraps.
