Recipe Ingredients for Múslí

750 grams Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
100 grams Coconut Flakes
200 grams Raisins
125 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup Sesame Seeds
1 cup Flaxseed
1 cup Sunflower Seeds
4 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Múslí

Blanda saman þurrefnum í bökunarplötu. Hella yfir olíu og vatni og blanda vel. Bæta þurrkuðum ávöxtum við eftir að blandan hefur verið ristuð í ofni við 150°C í ca 30 mín.
