Recipe Ingredients for MS Steak stir fry

1 onion
1 yellow bell pepper (200 grams)
1 green bell pepper (70 grams)
250 grams Cauliflower
72 grams Edamame
100 grams Turnip
1 Zucchini (150 grams)
1 Yellow Zucchini (209 grams)
44 grams Sugar snap peas
152 grams Summer squash
1 Mushroom (74 grams)
8 ounces Morningstar meal starter steak strips
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for MS Steak stir fry

Slice or chop all ingredients. Stir fry in wok/pan over medium heat. Add seasonings to taste. (Mrs. Dash spicy is good on this!)
