0.4 oz Real Margarine
1 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
4 oz Organics Sugar
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
8 oz Organic Unbleached White Flour
1.25 cup dry Organic Oats
1/4 tsp Salt
0.75 cup pieces or chips Walnuts, English
8 oz Rice Dream Vegan Chocolate Chips
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
1 serving Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Mrs. Fields Vegan Style Chocolate Chip Cookies

Mix all sugars, egg and vanilla. Beat until smooth. pulverize oats into flour. Add meal and flour with salt and soda and powder. Combine into wet ingredients. Stir in nuts and chips. Form into balls and bake 375 for 6-8 minutes.
