Recipe Directions for Mr. Robert's Pizzeria Cheese Pizza Slice

  1. Take 2 cups of water @ 110F and mix with 2 TBS yeast. Let the yeast ferment with the warm water for 10 minutes.

  2. Now add 1 1/2 cups of water @ 110F, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 TBS salt, 2 TBS olive oil, and mix.

  3. Add three cups bread flour and mix, then three more cups bread flour and mix, then two more cups bread flour and mix until it is too hard to mix anymore.

  4. Dump bowl on to surface and start to knead dough by hand adding more flour as needed to avoid stickyness. Knead for about 10 minutes, and then let dough rise for about 10 minutes.

  5. Once risen cut dough in 4 parts and start to form 4 pizza crusts. Once you have the crusts put the tomato sauce and cheese on there, and add any other toppings you like on the pizza. Bake in preheated oven @ 425F for 15 - 20 minutes.

  6. Enjoy!
