Simple Italian dish with a WHOLE lotta fiber...

Recipe Ingredients for Mozzerella, Basil & Tomato Pasta

454 g Barilla Plus Farfalle
1/2 cup olive oil
4 tomatoes, chopped ? I use the ?tomatoes on the vine? that they sell at Wegmans
2 cloves garlic, chopped
5 leaves basil, chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 Salt & Pepper to taste
1 dash Cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Mozzerella, Basil & Tomato Pasta

  1. In small mixing dish, combine olive oil, garlic, a dash of cayenne pepper and salt and toss together. Add chopped tomatoes to let ?marinade? for a bit. Cook the pasta and then let it sit for a few minutes ? why? Because when you toss in the cheese into HOT pasta? it melts :< After the pasta cooks and cools off slightly, pour into a large bowl, drizzle the oil/tomato mix, and stir in the basil and mozzerella. Toss to coat and serve!

  2. So simple but sooo tasty :) And the cayenne does not really give spice as much as it gives a nice flavor to the oil!
