2 large tomatoes
4 ounces part-skim mozzarella, thinly sliced
12 basil leaves
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
4 ounces cooked shrimp
1/2 tsp white wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for Mozzarella, Tomato and Shrimp

  1. Thinly slice 2 beefsteak tomatoes.

  2. Layer the slices with thinly sliced mozzarella and basil leaves

  3. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and salt.

  4. Can add cooked shrimp drizzled with a splash of white wine vinegar
