Recipe Ingredients for Mozzarella Salad

4 oz fresh mozzarella, cut in chunks
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced thin
1 zucchini, diced, cooked quickly and chilled
1/3 cup white onion, sliced thin
1 tomato, cut in chunks

Dressing:
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp vegetable oil

combime all chopped ingredients. mix dressing separate; add oregno and garlic powder to dressing to taste. Toss and Enjoy!
