Recipe Ingredients for Mozarella Mushroom & Asparagus dish

2 cups asparagus
2 1/2 cups mushrooms
1/2 cup mozzarella (part skim)

Recipe Directions for Mozarella Mushroom & Asparagus dish

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Boil asparagus and mushrooms in water, in separate pans. Boil for 5-8 minutes each (mushrooms will not take as long as asparagus).

  3. When done boiling, put both into a baking pan and top with mozzarella.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes to melt cheese on top.
