1 tbsp Parsley, Dried
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Oregano, Ground
1 tsp Salt, Table
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Mouthwatering Vegan Meatballs

  1. Cook rice according to directions. While rice is cooking, rehydrate TVP with water or vegetable broth according to directed on package. Cook garlic and onions in oil until browned.

  2. Once rice is finished, add rice, TVP, bread crumbs, and onion mixture to a big bowl. Add all spices to your preferred taste.

  3. Wash your hands and dig in, be careful, it will be hot!! Mash all of the ingredients together with your hands. You may need to add more breadcrumbs, but it will be ready when it sticks together easily without crumbling.

  4. Grab a decent amount (a meatball sized amount) and start rolling your meatballs. We got about 36 good sized meatballs out of it. Fry up in a bit of oil until browned on all sides. Enjoy!!
