instead of lamb, venison was used any kind of ground lean meat can be used. instead of green pepper use publano pepper

Recipe Ingredients for mousacca

1 onion, chopped
1 eggplant, chopped
1 zucchini, peeled & chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 lb pork
2 tbs flour
2 tbs butter
1 pint skim milk
3 tbs oil
6 ounce tomato paste

Recipe Directions for mousacca

  1. brown onion in olive oil with peppers. Add eggplant and zucchini cook another 4 minutes.

  2. put 1/2 onion, peppers, eggplant on the bottom of baking dish. Spread tomato paste on top.

  3. brown meat in olive oil. But in baking dish. Spread remaining onion, peppers, eggplant.

  4. Melt Butter add flour and cook, add milk slowly as you stir. Let it thicken to gravy consistancy. Pour the sauce over everything.

  5. cook in oven @ 400 until top is brown.

  6. Ready to eat
