This is something my mom (or possibly my granny) came up with. It's absolutely amazing.

Recipe Ingredients for Mother's Pork Chops

3 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Center Loin (Chops), Bone-in
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Cajun Seasoning
0.5 serving(14 g) Pure Vegetable Oil

Recipe Directions for Mother's Pork Chops

  1. Pour oil into skillet (about .5" depth) and heat over meat heat.

  2. While it heats, sprinkle garlic powder, black pepper, and Cajun seasoning on each side of pork chop. Sprinkle seasoning salt on only one side.

  3. Cook approximately 10-15 minutes. Turning over once.

  4. Enjoy!
