Just the way mother made it. Topped with Ketchup.

Recipe Ingredients for Mother's Own Meatloaf

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 c rolled oats
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 onion, chopped
1 c milk
1/2 c ketchup

Recipe Directions for Mother's Own Meatloaf

  1. Combine everything but the ketchup.

  2. Put into pan and top with a nice layer of ketchup.

  3. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
