Recipe Ingredients for Mother's Chicken Salad

880 g chicken breast
100 g celery
220 g apple
120 g raisins
120 g pecans
200 g pineapple tidbits in own juice
180 g light mayonnaise
180 g light sour cream
1 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Mother's Chicken Salad

  1. Stew and shred chkn breasts.

  2. Chop celery and apples to about size of pineapple tidbits.

  3. Drain tidbits and combine all fruit, nuts, celery with the chkn. Reserve the pineapple juice,

  4. Mix dressing from last five ingredients. Pour over ckn. Let sit for several hours in fridge before serving.

  5. If dry, add pineapple juice.
