3 green peppers
3 ounces ground turkey
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Mostly Mushroom Stuff Green Peppers

Brown ground turkey and mushrooms. Mix with tomato sauce. Stuff peppers and place in crock pot with .5 cup water in bottom. Cook on low for 2 hours or until peppers are tender.
