Break egg and add egg whites to a mixing bowl. Dice scallions , turkey and green peppers. Mix all ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste. Scramble in a non stick pan until set. Feel free to try/add other veggies like mushrooms, spinach, whatever you like - lower the fat by using ff cheese or try feta!
