3 egg whites
1 egg, whole
1 1/2 oz mushroom, chopped
1 1/2 oz onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
60 grams asparagus
1 1/2 oz tomato

Recipe Directions for (Mostly) Egg white & veggie scramble/omelet

  1. preheat frying pan

  2. chop veggies

  3. saute in pan veggies until they are just soft

  4. beat egg whites & eggs together. Add to veggies.

  5. Cook 4-5 minutes or until done.
