3 egg whites
1 egg
1 tsp olive oil
2 ounce lean ham, diced
1/4 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup onions

Recipe Directions for Mostly Egg White Ham & veggie omelet

  1. Beat egg and eggwhites together.

  2. Heat oil in skillet, saute mushrooms and onions. Add ham.

  3. Stir in beaten egg mixture, scrape up until cooked.
