Easy Mostaccioli with added veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Mostaccioli

4 serving bella terra whole wheat penne rigate
32 oz Tomato
1.5 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
5 slice Provolone Cheese Slices
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Recipe Directions for Mostaccioli

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

  2. Brown ground beef, add sauce and heat through.

  3. Cook pasta.

  4. slice and saute zucchini.

  5. mix pasta with sauce mixture, pour into casserole. Mix a small portion of the shredded cheese in with pasta.

  6. Layer zucchini over pasta and cover with remaining sauce.

  7. place provolone over top, and sprinkle rest of the mozza over top.

  8. Bake til heated through and bubbly - about 30 minutes.
