This is a green smoothie that I have every morning for break fast

Recipe Ingredients for Mo's Green Smoothie

1 cup Spinach
0.5 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons
3 carrot Carrots
2 medium Cucumber, Peeled
1 tsp Ginger Root
1 cup, chopped Kale
1 cup Parsley
1 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Mo's Green Smoothie

  1. Blend all the items together except the salt and pepper.

  2. after blending, pour in a glass a day's serving and add salt & pepper as per taste
