Makes 9 servings



Can be served with a dollop of plain yoghurt. Can be served with rice, couscous and pasta. I prefer this on pasta.

Recipe Ingredients for Morrocan stew

1 kg Chicken thighs
750 g tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon oil
4 tablespoon honey

Recipe Directions for Morrocan stew

  1. Sauté onions, garlic, ginger, cinnamon and cumin.

  2. Add tomatoes and chicken, make sure chicken is coated with tomatoes

  3. Add salt to taste

  4. Let simmer for 25-30 mins stirring occassionally

  5. Add Honey and adjust seasoning
