Recipe Ingredients for Morrocan stew

2 tsp safflower oil
1 tbsp onion flakes
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp garlic
1 cup tomato sauce
3/4 cup currants
2 pound ground chicken breast
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Morrocan stew

  1. fry onion flakes in safflower oil until brown

  2. add cumin, coriander, ginger and chilli flakes until fragrant

  3. Add ground chicken

  4. Divide mixture into thirds

  5. Brown one third of the mixture

  6. Add 1/3 currents, tomato sauce and rice

  7. Freeze remaining mixture into 2 separate bags for later cooking.
