0.4 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 tsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2.5 cup Rice Basmati
63 grams Lentils, Mature Seeds
134 grams Tuna, Light, Canned In Oil, Drained Solids
1/4 tsp Cumin

  1. sweat onion and garlic in olive oil
